China is changing the blanace of power in the world. This article explains on how China is modernising its military and expanding its reach with mobile launchers. None of this has escaped the United States which is finding a way to respond on Chinas strategic power. China for example, has long possessed ballistic missiles with nuclear warheads. But in the last few years China has developed a system to launch those missiles from trucks.

China was left in term oil because the britians after the first war forced trade on them. It had high prices which was causing them to pay 20 million ounces of silver. Soon the Chinese government had collapsed , Britians who lived in China were ammune to Chinas law. Chinas economy went down as more and more chinese citizens became addicted to opium.
